Adobe photoshop 7.0 filters plugins free download zip file

I may be a little late on this one !

I was interested in the oil filter effect in photoshop but it was only on more recent versions, and i thought i was missing out !

!



but over the weekend i found out that there is a plug in that you can download for windows (x86/x64) only

any way i have downloaded it and have been messing around with it ( yep it works in my cs2 version ( look in the noise filter menu)
